Pegler Training & Resources is a Western Australian training business run by Glen. It delivers high risk work licence and safety training for the mining, oil and gas and power generation industries: boiler operation, steam and gas turbines, process plant operations, confined spaces, working at heights and gas testing.
It specialises in training people who operate power stations.
Every course is taught with a running site in mind: the pre-start checks you actually do, the alarms you actually get, and the shutdown that has to go right when it matters.
Safety and compliance sit at the centre of every session. The aim is the same whether you are a new operator getting a first licence or a supervisor putting a crew through a refresher: people who can run the plant safely, know what to do when something goes wrong, and can show it.
